The Food Trails final publication Eu Food Cities: Policies and Practices. Pathways for Food 2030 Led Urban Food Policies provides a comprehensive overview of the entire project and its transformative approach to food systems.

The publication showcases the 31 food actions implemented by 11 cities, along with their results and impact on driving systemic change. On the theme of “Monitoring Impact,” the publication delves into the co-design of evaluation processes and highlights key learnings. It includes insights about the Food Trails Investors Living Lab, and initiatives targeting startups and SMEs. Finally, it outlines the Food Trails Replication and knowledge transfer programme, along with the project’s key policy messages.
