Deliverable 4.8 is the report that unveils a decision support tool tailored for investors in the field of food policies. It’s part of Food Trails’ Work Package 4 (WP4), which is dedicated to facilitating, sustaining, and scaling up innovative actions, ensuring both social and economic returns on investment from a fundamental group of funders.

Task 4.4, within WP4, specifically focuses on developing an investor service model and financial instruments to support the scaling up of innovative actions related to Food Policies. The primary objective of Task 4.4 is to create a toolkit that begins with a specific Food Policy (FP), identifies the potential stakeholders involved in that FP, and guides municipalities through a series of stages to outline investors and investments, thereby ensuring the sustainability of the FP.

This report is structured to document the process that led to the creation of the Living Labs support toolkit.
