In the report The scalability of urban food systems innovations. Lessons learnt in 11 European Cities (D 6.2) we investigate how the pilot initiatives developed within the Food Trails project can be replicated and extended systemically, offering insights into barriers and drivers and providing practical guidance for city officials and policymakers.

The goal is to understand how local innovations can be scaled to enhance food security and transform urban food systems sustainably.
