The webinar will focus on the following topics:
– understanding food environments;
short food supply chain;
urban-rural linkages.

Moderated by Madeleine Coste, head of food at Eurocities, this webinar will feature discussions and concrete learnings with:

  • Frederieke Praasterink, Professor Future Food Systems at HAS University of Applied Sciences and Food Trails Think Tank member.
  • Fiona Konmi, City of Tirana

About the Food Trails Webinar Series
The Food Trails webinar series, Midday Munchies with Urban Food Policies, will take place from March 26th to June 10th, from 12:30 to 1:30 CET. The initiative is part of the Food Trails replication activities (WP6) and aims to facilitate exchange between Food Trails and cities/stakeholders outside the consortium, with the goal of promoting the replication of successful solutions and best practices developed by the Food Trails cities and partners
