Join us on Tuesday, March 26th from 12:30 to 1:30 CET, for the inaugural webinar of the Food Trails series, Midday Munchies with Urban Food Policies.
This episode will address the following questions:
- Why should cities develop urban food policies?
- Where and how to start creating a food policy?
- What is the role of research and evidence in that regard?
-
How to develop strong and ambitious governance models to support multi-level actors collaboration to carry the policy in cities?
The moderator Madeleine Coste, head of food at Eurocities, will invite Professor Paul Milbourne from Cardiff University and food policy coordinators from Bordeaux Métropole and the city of Thessaloniki, Carla Quiviger and Olga Voutsikaki, to reflect on and discuss these questions, and share concrete learnings from their experience.
