This document is the product of a collaborative effort among the various partners of the Food Trails project. It represents the culmination of discussions and contributions from both researchers and municipalities actively involved in the initiative.

The main goal of the document is to present policy briefs as a strategic tool for encouraging dialogue between policy makers, different stakeholders, and other relevant parties and to guide them in making informed decisions that contribute to the sustainability and resilience of urban food systems. These briefs are designed to support informed discussions by providing clear, evidence-based insights and actionable recommendations.
